Despite Lagos State Government warning motorcycle riders not to ply on the main express, most of them have ignored the warnings and this has led to so many accidents and deaths. This afternoon a dispatch rider was accosted by some men of the LASTMA on Ikorodu road, by Palmgroove and his bike was seized.
