"I Built Two Functional Refineries When I Was NNPC Boss" - Gen. Buhari Addresses Fuel Scarcity

It is no longer news that fuel scarcity that has hit several states in Nigeria including the FCT Abuja and it has caused a lot of reactions in the past few days. APC's Presidential aspirant, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari has also reacted to the fuel scarcity. He used his official twitter account to say a few things on the issue. Check on it below;
