Photos: Woman stranded with new born baby opposite Federal Palace Hotel

A woman who's not mentally stable has been stranded with a baby opposite Federal Palace Hotel, on Ahmadu Bello Way, Lagos for quite a while now. From the photos, this child's gender cannot be confirmed but looks newly born.

According to the source who reached out to LIB and sent in the photos, the woman, who's probably not aware of her actions, exposes this baby to all forms of weather conditions, day and night. They fear that the child might not survive these harsh exposure if this continues.
