Hello Amebo, could you please help me ask AS readers the food I can eat while on diet? A nutritionist asked me to avoid white rice, condiments, fast food, Cream, Cheese, soft drinks, breakfast cereals, pasta, tropical fruits, snack bars, processed meat, yoghurt and alcohol.
I was impressed with how the lady you featured on your blog lost so much weight. I am a size 16 and wish to be 12. Please Ladun this will mean a lot to me.
